This pair is a spinoff of the Flame 3, using the same last but with updated midsole and upper. The ride feels softer and bouncier, with a carbon plate that doesn’t feel too stiff—much easier to handle. The upper is more breathable too. Overall design looks great, perfect for daily training or commuting. Works well on both roads and tracks—definitely an all-round summer trainer.

Super soft and springy when running, with solid ankle support and a strong upper. Looks amazing, I really love the style. Plus, the price makes it a great value.
